**BRAT BAR: assorted brats, cheesy, plain and jalapeno; Buns; sauerkraut, diced onions, diced jalapenos, diced tomato, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, mustard and assorted chips. $9.75 per person. Can add bacon for $1.75 more per person.
**CHICKEN SANDWICH BAR: grilled chicken breast, breaded chicken patties; Buns; Provolone, American and Pepper Jack cheese; pickles, jalapeno, lettuce, tomato, sliced red onion, mayo, BBQ, Ranch and assorted chips. $13.25 per person. Can add bacon for $1.75 more per person.
**SOUP AND SALAD BAR OR SOUP AND SANDWICH BAR: lettuce, tomato, pepper, carrots, croutons, Ranch, Dorothy, Balsamic Vinaigrette, and 2 soups of your choice, Chili, broccoli cheese, rice and chicken, vegetable beef, ham and bean. OR substitute the two sandwiches listed above instead of soup. $11 per person.
**BAKED POTATO BAR: pulled pork, bacon, sour cream, green onion, cheese, BBQ sauce, ranch, chili. $9.35 per person.
