CATERING ENTREES

HERE ARE ENTREE CHOICES.

The average price for us to just drop off an entree or you to pick it up is $4-6 per person for the entree with roll and butter, Chinet plate, heavy duty clear plastic silverware, white napkin. You will be responsible for keeping the entree at a safe temperature. There is a minimum of 12 servings per entree.

**Chicken breast topped with marinara and Parmesan cheese.
**Chicken Breast topped with butter, garlic and parmesan cheese.
**Chicken breast marinated in Michelada sauce classic, spicy or pickle.
**Chicken Breast smothered with onion, mushrooms and mushroom gravy.                                      **Parmesan encrusted chicken breast
**Smoked, thickly sliced turkey breast
**Roasted Pork Loin with gravy or Hollandaise sauce on the side.
**Sliced Ham with or without Pineapple Slices.                **Tender baked pork chop
**Smothered Pork Chops with onion, mushroom and gravy
**Smothered Pork Chops with sliced apples, craisins and sweet onions
**Pork Loin stuffed with onion, craisins and apples        **Smoked pulled pork with buns and BBQ Sauce.  Add bourbon sauce for $8 for 12 servings.
**Lasagna or Lasagna Roll Up (noodles and ricotta cheese rolled up; topped with meaty marinara and Mozzarella cheese
**BBQ pulled chicken

**Pulled Beef Sandwiches.
**Meatballs in a Michelada sauce - classic, or spicy.        **Swedish Meatballs
**Pork loin kabobs wrapped in bacon. 

**Breakfast casserole with hashbrowns, eggs, peppers, onion, cheese and milk.                                          **Sausage gravy with biscuits and side of bacon or sausage links or sausage patties. Gravy is full of sausage.                                                             

**Beef short rib boneless pieces wine, butter and mushroom sauce served with thick noodles
